Recently I have been under a lot of Pressure to the point I thought that I am maybe (and again maybe) under depression
I did not want to answer any of my friends’ phone calls nor going out for two weeks ^_^”
Plus some sleeping problems (sleeping at 5 am and waking at 9 am)
Suddenly today, my mom didn’t go to work and asked me to go with her to the mall
I could not believe how that changed my mood. I become more calm and relaxed
And even more concentrated on my studying
So I have learned to…
Have a break not to just to catch your breath but to do something fun and livable
